c:\temp\DottextHelper\DottextHelper.exe.configを編集する。

<configuration>

    - <add key="ConnectionString" value="Edit" />

Editを

database=(local);Integrated Security=SSPI;initial catalog=dottext

に変更

DottextHelper.exe -add naka password naka@wankuma.com localhost blog true

って起動してユーザ追加
